CONCEPT LONG LETS:

  • Minimum contract length is 6 months
  • 1 month’s rent required as a deposit
  • Contract fee - £15+VAT
  • Rents range from £200 to £300 per week (price will depend on apartment location & size of studio)
  • Rent is paid monthly in advance (payable on the 1st of each calendar month)
  • All apartments come fully furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe, table, 2 chairs

  • Rent will include gas central heating and water
  • Tenants are responsible for Council Tax

  • End of Tenancy cleaning fee of £65 +VAT

CONCEPT MEDIUM LETS:

  • Contract length from 90 days up to 180 days
  • £1000 security deposit required
  • Contract fee - £15+VAT
  • Rents range from £250 to £350 per week (price will depend on location, size of studio & time of year)
  • Rent is paid monthly in advance (payable on the 1st of each calendar month)
  • All apartments come fully furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe, table, 2 chairs and TV
  • All apartments will be fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, waste bin, iron, ironing board, coat hangers, 2 pillows, double duvet, clean bed linen, bath mat, hand towel and 2 bath sheets.
  • Available in Bayswater W2, Holland Park W11, Camden Town NW1, Hammersmith W6 and West Hampstead NW6
  • Rent will include all utilities (gas central heating, electricity, water, council tax & TV Licence)
  • End of tenancy cleaning fee of £65 +VAT

  • Contract lengths from 28 nights up to 90 nights
  • £300 security deposit required
  • Rents range from £50 to £90 per night (price will depend on apartment location, size of studio, length of stay & time of year)
  • Rent is paid in 4 weekly instalments with the first instalment to be paid in full upon making a reservation
  • All apartments come fully furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe, table, 2 chairs and TV.
  • All apartments will be fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, waste bin, iron, ironing board, coat hangers, 2 pillow, double duvet, clean bed linen, bath matt, hand towel and 2 bath sheets. Linen and towels will be changed every 7 days.
  •  Available in Bayswater W2 and  Holland Park W11
  • Rent will include all utilities (gas central heating, electricity, water, council tax & TV Licence)
